Terms & Conditions

  • 1 -Year Minimum Commitment: A one-year commitment is required at sign-up. Only members in good standing are eligible for member benefits.
  • Billing: You will be billed on the 1st or, the first business day off the month should the 1st fall on a weekend or holiday.
  • Deliveries: You will receive shipments in January, March, May, July, September, and November. All club packages will be shipped by the 15th of the month.
  • $80 Monthly Credit: The monthly $80 can ONLY be used for Grand Bar and walking tour experiences. It must be used in a single visit and does not roll over to the next month.
  • Red and White Clubs: Throughout the year, you may occasionally receive duplicate bottles due to our more limited selection. Members of the Red and White Clubs may also receive rosé, sparkling, or other new release wines as the gift in shipments where the gift is an additional bottle.
  • Wine Discounts: Discounts are available only on in-stock, regular-priced wines. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively. Club Card may be requested before the transaction. Discounts on Dinners and Events limited to the club member and 3 additional guests.
  • Sensory Garden Reservations: Members have exclusive access to reserve tables in the Sensory Garden. Tables are held for 15 minutes after the reservation time and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Food Discounts: Members receive a 10% discount on food in the Sensory Garden, but this cannot be combined with Reif Rewards redemptions.
  • Out of Province: $15 flat rate shipping applies to out of province members (BC, AB, SK, MB, NS, NB, NL, PEI). Please contact the office for rates for the Territories.
