TASTING NOTES

Pinot Grigio Reserve

This medium bodied dry white is an elegant salmon pink colour. You'll find classic notes of cantaloupe, peach, apricot, vanilla and clove on the nose. The palate is rich and flavourful with a long finish. 

Riesling Reserve 

A crisp well balanced white with characteristic pleasing notes of citrus fruits and hints of petrol and honey on the nose. Elegant flavours of pear on the palate with a lovely finish. 

It's Complicated Rosé

The personal expression of Winemaker Eric Pearson’s craft, this bone
dry rosé drives full flavours across the palate from start to finish. Look
for notes of vanilla and stone fruits like apricot, pear and plum.

Magician Shiraz Pinot

This aged red has a deep rusty colour with pleasing aromatics of
pomegranate, pine needle and leathery earthy notes. Soft silky tannins on
the palate interplay with flavours of black pepper, black cherry, and
chocolate.
