VINTAGE & VITICULTURE

A mild winter was followed by a spring season that was warmer than usual. Summer was marked by above-average temperatures, with warm days and warmer-than-usual evenings, putting harvest ahead by several days. Fall was also favourable, with a fairly dry September and October with ideal temperatures for ripening.

WINEMAKER’S NOTES

This wine shows true varietal aromas and flavours without the influence of oak or malolactic fermentation. This gives the wine its fruity character and fresh bouquet.

TASTING NOTES

Citrus and apple aromas promise a bright and lively wine. Refreshes the palate with flavours of apple, pear, peach and a lemony twist. Pair with any white fish, roast chicken, scallop and shrimp dishes. Also will complement pasta primavera, lemon chicken, or classic Cobb or Caesar salad on a hot summer day!
