Enjoy some cheese and charcuterie pairings with our Sauvignon Blanc paired with Wild Nettle Gouda, Cabernet Sauvignon is a match for Spicy Sopressatta and “The Hanging Man” Kerner complemented by Foie Gras flavoured potato chips.
Sauvignon Blanc- Grapefruit, passion fruit, freshly cut grass and subtle gooseberry notes. The palate is fresh and crisp with white grapefruit and lime flavours complemented by a zesty citrus finish.
Cabernet Sauvignon- A very fruit forward Cabernet with minimal oak influences and soft ripe tannins gives us a medium body food friendly wine. The aromas are rich with layers of red and black berry fruit. On the palate, raspberries, cherries, sweet black berry and touch of cassis with subtle spice notes. Goes great with pasta dishes, lasagna, hamburgers and grilled foods.
The Hanging Man Kerner- A fruity off-dry white wine with apple strudel, peach and soft mango flavours on the palate. Perfect pairing alongside a holiday ham and apple sauce or serve before a meal with hors d’oeuvres. Will also pair well with white fish, pork and poultry.
