Winemaker’s Notes

To celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Corvette Club of Ontario, we are releasing an exclusive Private Label Merlot! The grapes were crushed and went through a 14-day warm maceration period. After alcoholic fermentation the must was lightly pressed and malolactic fermentation was completed in large stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes

Aromas of plum, red and black berries with a mineral note. Flavours of red berries and plum preceded by a soft texture. Balance of a refreshing acidity supported with silky tannins on the finish. Roasted red meat, aged cheese and pastas with red sauces.
