A cool wet summer originally gave us some concerns about the vintage but patience was rewarded with a hot dry harvest season that allowed grapes to ripen fully.
The Chardonnay juice was 100 % stainless steel fermented and aged. This wine shows some true varietal aromas and flavours without the influence of oak or malolactic fermentation. This gives the wine its fruity character and fresh bouquet.
Citrus and apple aromas promise a bright and lively wine. Refreshes the palate with flavours of apple, pear, peach and a lemony twist. Pair with any white fish, roast chicken, scallop and shrimp dishes. Also will complement pasta primavera or a summer salad.
