There are many wineries in Niagara on the Lake, but make sure that you visit Rief. They have a very nice location right on the Niagara Parkway so it is accessible by car or bike. Both extensive indoor and outdoor areas. Many options for tastings and tours (if visiting on a weekend you may want to book one ahead of time). We did the basic tasting with our group of 10 people and Meghan did an outstanding job of leading us through our tasting options and telling us about the wines and the vineyard. Best of all they have very good wines at a variety of price points.

Amaya was so amazing and made the tour so lighthearted and fun. The wine was incredible and we all learned so much. I highly recommend the tour and Amaya as the tour guide.

By far our favorite winery in the area. Reasonably priced delicious wines for all budgets. We come here every time we are in the area. Our server Jay was extremely knowledgeable and gave us his undivided attention to make sure our experience was once again memorable.

From the moment we arrived, he made us feel like part of the family, reflecting the winery’s strong family-oriented values. His deep knowledge of the wines, combined with the winery’s rich history, brought the entire experience to life. Jessie guided us through a carefully curated selection of wines, sharing insights into their unique characteristics and the passion behind each bottle. His enthusiasm was contagious, and it was clear that he truly values the family legacy of Reif Estate. I left not only with a few fantastic bottles but also with a deeper appreciation for the artistry and care that go into each wine. I highly recommend visiting Reif Estate and asking for Jessie—he really helped make the experience special, and it’s evident that the family values their guests just as much as their wines.

Ed! Ed! Ed!!!! Oh my gosh. My Fiance and I came here and we’ve always had a wonderful experience, BUT ED IS AMAZING! He explained how to store our ice wine, differences, and even the origin of the winery and grapes. Such a wonderful tasting experience and I I enjoyed his humor and professionalism.We’re from out of state, but will definitely be back! Thank You!!!
